Process group provides a safe space for vulnerable sharing, meaningful reflections, emotional validation, and helpful guidance. Topics discussed tend to vary widely in this type of group, as content depends upon the unique experiences of those involved. The common humanity and vulnerability experienced within group therapy can be extremely healing and help to facilitate deeper interpersonal connections.
